Print Your Favourite Moments On Canvas
Canvas Photos are such a unique gift because they can be personalised to suit your style and design preferences. If you are ordering some to give to a loved one, then take a little time when selecting the finishes – make sure that you choose options that they will love.
Speaking of options…
You have quite a few different finishes to choose from when planning your canvas photos – especially if you choose to go with our Premium Stretched Canvas and Budget Stretched Canvas Prints.
Edge
When we talk about the ‘edge’ of your canvas, we are referring to the section of canvas material that wraps around the side of the frame. We can offer you classic white or black edges, or you can choose a completely different colour all-together. Our designers can do what we call a “colour pick” by selecting a colour that is already on your photo. That way, you can create some contrast while still keeping with the colour scheme of the actual canvas photos. Make sure to choose a colour that won’t clash with the wall and/or decor colour scheme in your home.
Another option is to go with an image wrap – this is when the image being printed actually extends around the edge of the canvas. This is a beautiful effect but only works with images that have quite a bit of scenery in the background of the focus. For example: A wedding shoot of the bridal couple in a field, showing the flora, fauna and sky around them would work perfectly, but a close up of the couple would mean that the tops of their heads or shoulders may wrap around the side of the canvas, instead of being in the lime-light on the front of the canvas. This can sometimes look odd but our designers can help you to determine if your image will work with an image wrap edge or not.
Colour
Many of the images that we receive for canvas photos are already in the specific colour scheme that the customer wants to have printed. If you send us a full colour image, then we can offer you alternatives if you would like to go with something different. Our designers can change the image colouring from a full colour to any of the following options:
- Black and White
- Sepia
- OR, black and white or sepia with a splash of the original colour showing through on a specific item (example: your daughter’s yellow ribbon in her hair with the rest of the image made to be black and white.)
Just remember that we, unfortunately, cannot add colour to images that are sent to us in black and white or sepia.
Print Size
The best part about our canvas photos is that you can select ANY size that you want or need, from a minimum of 150mm x 150mm, up to a maximum of 1200mm x 2500mm.
You are not limited to specific size ratios (unless ordering the Budget Stretched Canvas) and can give us the dimensions that you need in order for your print to fit perfectly on your wall.
Our amazing sales and design team will communicate with you each step of the way if you get stuck or are unsure of what will work the best with your image. They will send you a design layout for you to have final approval BEFORE anything gets printed and manufactured.
We would really love to hear from you so get in touch with us via phone, our enquiry form, drop us a message on our Facebook page or email us directly. Whichever communication method suits you best, just roll with it, and we are ready to assist you in creating your very own unique canvas photos.
All our love
