Words are a powerful tool that can be used to inspire, generate happiness, express our thoughts and emotions (we’re focusing on the positives here).
We often think of imagery first when decorating our home and work space, but adding text to your prints is an awesome alternative.

Inspiring words for your home office
The number of people working from home these days is increasing all the time. People are searching for a balance between career, family and self-preservation. Working from home is not for everyone, and it definitely isn’t always the easy option, but the key is to find what works for you.
Having a home office is great as it creates a space that is carved out just for work. Decorating that space in a way that motivates and inspires is so important.
Family Rules and Guidelines
This sounds so regimental but it’s not really. It is a great way to show what your family stands for, and to remind each other of the support system that is available – no judgement, unconditional. Have fun with it by including some silly rules in there with the important ones. We found quite a few examples online and saved them on our Pinterest board for you to look at.
Text and images together
Add words to a custom canvas collage or photo wall – choose words that mean something to you and your loved ones, or that tie in with the images that have been chosen for the print. If you have done a family shoot with the kids then use words like “family”, “love”, “laughter” and “memories”. If you have chosen to do a photo wall of your wedding images then including words like “love”, “promise” and “forever” will just re-iterate the vows that you have made to each other. You could incorporate your vows onto the image, or lyrics from the song you had your first dance to.
