Placing an order, how we reply, and getting your photo to us.
Ordering online is simple: open the product you want, choose your size and finishing options, upload your photo (or pick a free image from our Art Collection), add it to your cart and check out. Every order is personally checked by our designers before it is made.
Prefer a hand? Email or call us and we’ll set the order up for you — we’re happy to help with sizing, cropping and the best finish for your image.
Absolutely. Email us at [email protected] or call +27 71 281 6101 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm) and we’ll take your details, recommend the right options and process everything for you.
We aim to reply to every email and message within a few hours during office hours. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm (closed weekends and public holidays), so enquiries that come in after hours are answered first thing the next working day.
Often, yes. Most orders are made in 3–7 working days once your layout is approved and payment is received, plus courier time on top. Tell us the date you need it by when you order and we’ll let you know what’s realistic — we give urgent orders extra attention wherever we can.
We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, HEIC/HEIF and PDF files. If you’re not sure your file is suitable, send it through anyway — our designers check every image and will tell you if anything needs attention.
You can upload files up to 100MB each directly through the website. If your file is larger, or your connection makes uploading tricky, you can instead paste a share link from Google Drive, Dropbox or Google Photos, or simply email it to us.
Yes. In the upload window you can paste a share link from Google Drive, Dropbox or Google Photos instead of uploading the file itself. You can also email your image to [email protected] and we’ll attach it to your order.
As long as your order hasn’t gone into production, yes — just contact us as soon as possible. Nothing is ever printed until you’ve approved your free digital layout, so there’s always a checkpoint before manufacture begins.
What we make, what we print on, and what’s included.
We print a full range of wall art: canvas prints (standard, premium, framed, shadow-box and loose canvas), framed and mounted gallery prints, HD acrylic prints, aluminium/metal prints, natural and photographic wood prints, fine-art and photo paper prints, custom wallpaper, and multi-piece pieces like split canvases, photo collages and photo walls.
Depending on the canvas product, we print on ColourPro polyester canvas — a bright-white, fine-textured 260gsm matt surface that is water-resistant and flame-retardant — or ColourNova 100% cotton canvas, a luxurious 350gsm cotton with a soft satin texture and a protective infused coating.
Yes. Our standard and premium canvas prints are hand-stretched over a solid Supawood stretcher frame, and that’s included in the price. On premium canvas you can choose a sleek 20mm profile or a bold 44mm depth that stands proud of the wall for real gallery presence.
Yes — we offer a loose canvas print, supplied rolled and unstretched if you’d prefer to frame or stretch it yourself.
No. Our inks are water-resistant and made to last, so no extra sealing, laminating or varnishing is required. Our gallery, acrylic and metal prints are finished without glass, so there’s no glare and nothing to shatter.
We print with high-quality, water-resistant pigment inks chosen for rich, long-lasting colour, and our inks are UV-protected. As with any artwork, we recommend keeping your piece out of prolonged, direct sunlight to keep it looking its best for years.
It depends on the product, but options include genuine wood-veneer Nordic frames in four wood finishes, canvas stretcher depths (20mm or 44mm), edge finishes (white, black, a custom colour match, or an image wrap), and a choice of hanging options such as mounting tape, sawtooth hangers or floating metal spacers.
Every order includes a free digital layout for your approval, a professional image and crop check, image optimisation where it helps, hanging hardware where applicable, and VAT — all in the price you see.
Getting the best result from your photos, collages and custom artwork.
As a rule of thumb, aim for around 100dpi or more at the final print size — the higher the resolution, the sharper the result, especially on larger pieces. If you’re unsure, just send your image through: our designers assess resolution and cropping for the size you’ve chosen and will advise before anything is printed.
A sharp, well-lit photo taken at the highest quality your camera or phone allows works best. Try to use the original file rather than a version downloaded from social media, as those are heavily compressed. We check every image and will tell you honestly if it won’t enlarge well, and suggest a better size or a fix.
Yes — our photo collage prints let you combine several images into one beautifully arranged piece. Tell us how many photos you’d like and we’ll lay them out for your approval.
Yes. Our split photo prints divide a single image across multiple panels for a striking multi-piece display, and our photo walls arrange several prints into a gallery grouping.
Yes — we can reproduce old photographs, drawings, sketches and artwork. Email us and we’ll arrange the best way to get it to us, including scanning where needed.
We include basic adjustments such as cropping, minor blemish removal and colour correction, and we optimise images where it improves the print. More extensive editing or restoration can be done and may carry an artwork fee — we’ll always quote you first.
Yes. Let us know the wording, where you’d like it, and any font or style preference, and we’ll prepare a layout for you to approve before we print.
Yes. On canvas you can choose white or black edges, an image wrap that continues your picture around the sides, or a custom colour matched to your décor. Our designers check every layout so nothing important is lost around the edge.
Screens and printed materials reproduce colour differently, so an exact match can’t always be guaranteed. We colour-manage our process and check every image, and because you approve a digital layout first, you can raise any concerns before production begins. We’ll always get it as close as we can.
Your images are yours. We only ever use them to produce your order, and never for anything else.
Yes. Our free Art Collection gives you a curated library of images you can have printed on any of our products at no extra cost — simply choose one while configuring your print.
Custom sizing, VAT, promotions, gift vouchers and trade pricing.
Yes — custom sizing is our speciality, at no extra cost. Rather than forcing your image into a fixed retail size, we’re happy to recommend dimensions that suit your actual composition and your wall.
Yes. The sizes listed are our popular standard sizes, but we can make almost any size you need. Just ask and we’ll quote you.
Yes — all prices shown include VAT, along with your free digital layout and hanging hardware where applicable.
From time to time we run promotions — for example 10% off orders over R500, and free delivery on orders over R2 000. When a promotion is active, the threshold and saving are shown in your cart and at checkout.
Yes. We offer trade accounts for photographers, designers, artists and resellers, and tailored pricing for corporate, hospitality and bulk orders. Tell us a little about your requirements and typical volumes and we’ll set you up.
Yes. Choose a set or custom amount, pay by card or EFT, and you’ll receive a unique voucher code and a beautifully designed voucher you can download, print or forward to the recipient yourself. Vouchers are valid for three years and can be redeemed across our full range.
How, where and when your order reaches you.
Yes. We deliver by reliable courier, to your door, anywhere in South Africa, and every courier-to-door order is sent with tracking.
Most orders are made in 3–7 working days once your layout is approved and payment is received. After dispatch, courier delivery typically takes 1–2 working days to the main centres (Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town) and 3–4 working days to regional towns and outlying areas.
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and where it’s going, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. When a free-delivery promotion is running, orders over the set value (for example R2 000) ship free. Very remote areas may carry a small surcharge.
Yes. Choose the “send your own courier” option and all delivery fees are removed — we’ll let you know when your order is packaged and ready, and confirm the final dimensions and weight. Please make sure your courier provides adequate insurance, as our safe-delivery guarantee does not apply to this option.
Yes — you’re welcome to collect free of charge from our Durban workshop once your order is packaged and ready. We’ll let you know as soon as it is.
We deliver right across the country. For very remote locations the courier may occasionally deliver to the nearest town rather than the exact address — if so, we’ll make arrangements with you.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched we’ll send you tracking details so you know exactly when to expect it.
Your order is carefully bubble-wrapped, protected with rigid board and clearly marked as fragile for safe transit. Courier-to-door orders carry our 100% replacement guarantee against damage in transit.
Production begins only once you’ve approved your free digital layout and your payment (or, for EFT, your proof of payment) has been received. This makes sure you’re happy with exactly how your piece will look before we make it.
How to pay, and why custom orders are paid upfront.
You can pay securely online via PayFast, which offers a range of payment methods including credit and debit cards, or you can choose EFT / bank transfer at checkout.
If you choose EFT / bank transfer, your order is reserved and our banking details and a unique payment reference are shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you. Make your payment using your Order ID as the reference and send proof of payment to [email protected]. Your order goes into production once the funds reflect in our account.
Yes. Card payments are processed through PayFast’s secure payment gateway — we never see or store your card details.
Because every piece is custom made to order specifically for you, we ask for payment upfront before we begin. You’re protected throughout: you approve a free digital layout before anything is printed, and anything that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect is put right under our guarantee.
How we make sure you’re happy, and what happens if something’s wrong.
Our promise is to get it right before and after it’s made. Before printing, we check every image for resolution and fit and send you a free digital layout to approve, so you can catch any sizing, cropping or quality concerns. After delivery, if your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or print defect, or was made incorrectly, we’ll replace or refund it.
Because each piece is printed and finished to your exact specifications, our prints are custom-made goods, which under South African consumer law aren’t eligible for a change-of-mind return. That’s exactly why we send you a layout to approve first — the best moment to be sure about size, crop and finish.
Please take clear photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or on +27 71 281 6101. We’ll assess it within 2 working days and, where a claim is approved, remake and resend your order with urgency.
Where a refund is approved, it’s processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. For damage in transit on courier-to-door orders, our 100% replacement guarantee means we remake and resend your order at no extra cost.
Keeping your print looking its best for years.
Your piece comes ready to hang with the appropriate hardware for that product — for example sawtooth hangers and screws, double-sided mounting tape, or floating metal spacers with wall plugs. You’ll just need a suitable hook, nail or wall plug for your wall.
For everyday dust, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For canvas, you can lightly go over the face and edges with a soft, just-damp cloth. Avoid soaking it or using household cleaners and chemicals.
Our inks are UV-protected, but like any artwork your print shouldn’t sit in prolonged, direct sunlight, and our pieces aren’t made for permanent outdoor use. A spot out of harsh direct sun will keep the colours looking their best.
Canvas and wood are natural materials that react to moisture and heat, so they can shrink or swell in very humid conditions. We recommend not hanging your art in a bathroom, directly above a stove, or over any other heat source.
Our team is happy to help with sizing, artwork, delivery or anything else. We reply within a few hours during office hours.
