We’ve been busy with a few new and exciting projects recently, which we will share with you when our own, self-imposed, super high standards are met to our liking 😉
In the meantime, we wanted to put a little spotlight on our fantastic photo block prints. With our range of affordable products, you have the choice to use your favourite type of print, in almost any size that takes your fancy.
What products work well?
You could use any of our products, but our top suggestions for your photo block prints are:
Social Blocks
These are the obvious choice for us! The name says it all. Display your fabulous photographs using our social blocks, in either 150x150mm or 300x300mm. You also have the option to get a few prints in the 300x300mm size and make those the focus, with smaller 150x150mm size prints around them. Using one size lends itself to creating a more structured “grid” display while mixing the two sizes enables you to create a more relaxed and informal look.
Stretched Canvas Prints
The stretched canvas prints offer you extra depth with the wrap around edge, which can make more of a statement. You have the ability to create a much larger display, with the maximum square size that we can print being 1200x1200mm.
Mounted Gallery Prints
This slimline option gives you a sleeker profile with the option of doing larger size blocks, up to a maximum of 1200x1200mm. The mounted gallery prints are light and easy to install. The glossy finish perfectly showcases your high-resolution photos and is easy to keep clean by wiping with a soft cloth.
What display options are there?
The answer to this question is not a straightforward one. With so many ideas being shared online, you could find yourself being spoilt for choice. To help narrow down the options for you, here are a few of our favourites:
Large Photo Block Print
Go with a product that offers our maximum size of 1200x1200mm to create a single feature print on your wall. Large photo block prints work well above a mantle, on a staircase landing or above a cot in your baby’s nursery (to name just a few).
Photo Walls
Using photo block prints to create a photo wall lets you display your images with the option of adding and expanding outwards over time. Create grid lines of social blocks next to each other from one end of a wall to another, or cluster them together at varying heights if you want a less structured look. Use as many or as few blocks as you want, depending on the wall space that you have available.
Split Photo Block Prints
We have done this a few times for customers and it really does look fantastic. It is a different take on the traditional split canvas, where it is usually 3 or 4 panels next to each other (from left to right). Choose a single image, where the focus is centred on the photo and we can split that image over 4 square panels. We love doing this with our premium stretched canvas prints because the soft texture and extra depth just add to the “wow” factor.
