We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support, especially over the course of the past two years. We have faced many challenges together, and still continue to navigate the difficulties within our economy, rising costs of goods, and the general hardship felt by the ongoing global pandemic. It has been a tough battle for all of us, but we truly believe that by working together, strengthening the community, and committing ourselves to our best work, we will emerge from this period stronger than ever.
Our team has remained committed to providing the best possible pricing to you, which is why we have managed to avoid a price increase for the past three years, whilst still maintaining our excellent quality and service delivery.
Over the past year, we have experienced multiple price increases on all our materials, along with rising transport, labour, and overhead costs. Overall, the cost of delivering a high level of quality and service to you has risen beyond a sustainable level, and we are therefore left with no choice but to implement a 15% increase across our product line in order to maintain our quality levels. Our price increase will take effect from the 1st November 2021.
